This Refund Policy applies to the LegalVault app (hereinafter referred to as "Application") and its developer (hereinafter referred to as "Service Provider"). This policy governs subscriptions, billing, cancellations, and refunds for our premium services.

1 Subscription Terms

By subscribing to LegalVault, you agree to a recurring billing cycle.

    Billed every 30 days from the date of purchase.

    Annual Plans

    Billed once per year on the anniversary of your purchase.

Automatic Renewal: All subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing date.

2 Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time.

Effect of Cancellation

You retain access until the end of your current paid billing period. No further charges will be applied.

Data Retention: After your subscription expires, your data may be deleted after 60 days in accordance with our data privacy policy.

3 Refund Policy

Since software provides immediate value and access, we follow a strict refund policy:

Standard Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. If you are unhappy with the service, contact us within this window for a full refund.

Renewal Refunds

We generally do not offer refunds for renewal payments. It is the user's responsibility to cancel before the renewal date.

Exceptions

Refunds may be granted at our sole discretion in cases of technical malfunctions that prevent use of the software, provided our support team has been given a chance to resolve the issue.

Pro-rating

We do not offer pro-rated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.

4 Free Trials

If you are on a free trial, you will not be charged until the trial period ends. To avoid being charged, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the trial expires.

5 Third-Party App Store Purchases (Apple & Google)

If you purchased your subscription through the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store, the following terms apply:

Billing & Payments

All billing, renewals, and payment processing are handled directly by Apple or Google. We do not have access to your credit card information or billing history for these transactions.

Cancellations

You must manage your subscription through your device's subscription settings. Uninstalling the app does not automatically cancel your subscription.

Refund Requests

We are unable to issue refunds for App Store or Google Play purchases. All refund requests must be submitted to the respective platform:

6 Price Consistency

Please note that subscription pricing may vary depending on the platform used for purchase.

Web Purchases

Subscriptions purchased directly through our website reflect our standard pricing.

App Store Purchases

Subscriptions purchased via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store may include additional service fees and platform commissions.

All subscription tiers provide the same features and access, regardless of the purchase platform or price paid.

FAQ: Why is the price different in the app?

To account for the platform fees charged by mobile stores, we offer a discounted rate for users who choose to support us by subscribing directly via our website.
